A former law enforcement officer, Alex spent nearly 10 years serving communities in the Midwest and, most recently, as a decorated patrol deputy in Loudoun County. He maintains strong ties to the law enforcement community through philanthropy work and his first of its kind home-buying program created specifically for law enforcement personnel, Homes4Cops.
In the past three years, Alex helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell their homes as a trusted and top-rated real estate agent in Northern Virginia. After distinguishing himself as a top producing agent at an Ashburn RE/MAX office, Alex joined forces with Pearson Smith Realty in 2014 where he earned the title of #1 Agent in 2014, 2015, and 2016. He has proudly worked with clients across all walks of life: athletes, celebrities, local and federal law enforcement officers, teachers, fire fighters, military personnel, IT professionals, and more.

Alex is a proud dad and husband. His family helps keep him grounded, motivated, and focused on doing his best work each day. When he's not working, Alex loves touring the local vineyards, spending summer days at the beach, and simply relaxing at home with family and friends.
Before moving to Northern Virginia, Eric was born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida. He pursued his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Devry University in Tampa. In 2008, Eric then made a strategic relocation to Northern Virginia realizing that greater economic potential lay in the hub of the Nation.
In Gainesville, Eric acquired a job in the sales force in the entomology field. He sold both residential and commercial service contracts for seven years, honing his sales and negotiation skills that would ultimately serve him greatly as an agent. Eric later acquired his license to sell real estate, and finally found his forte.
Eric has a passion for sales and guiding his clients through the biggest purchase they’ ll make in their lives. He credits his attitude, professionalism, and high-energy personality for his success in real estate.
Amy is the The Alex Bracke Real Estate Group’s Transaction Coordinator. Her job is to ensure that every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently.
Amy is a licensed realtor with previous experience as a Listing Coordinator. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask coupled with her love of paperwork makes her a natural at this position!
Amy has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 2001, growing up not too far way in Ellicott City, Maryland. In her time away from the office, Amy loves to spend time with her 5 amazing kids. She enjoys being with family and friends and eating out at great restaurants.

Keith joined the Alex Bracke Real Estate Group after becoming licensed in August 2017. Prior to joining the team, he was in local law enforcement in Baltimore and with the federal government for a combined 20 years. He is also a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army in the early 1990s.
Keith now resides in Loudoun County where he is involved extensively with youth sports as both a coach and proud parent of two boys. Keith enjoys his free time coaching youth soccer and watching his sons compete on the field during the spring and fall, as well as being a boisterous spectator at their wrestling tournaments during the winter. He has been in marital bliss since 2001 and enjoys what few quiet nights he has relaxing with his wife.
Keith started in this business due to his love of architecture and the desire to serve clients to make their home ownership dreams a reality.
